If you are no longer using the UrsaLeo Cloud platform and wish to avoid being billed for usage erroneously, you will need to deactivate your account. Follow the instructions below to do this.
- Log into your account at services.ursaleo.com
- Click on your username in the upper righthand corner of the screen and choose Edit Profile.
- At the bottom of your profile screen, click Deactivate. Follow the prompts to remove your engine and devices. This will ensure you are not billed for usage of the platform.
Note that all engines and devices will be removed from the platform. If you would like to retain any stored information, go to Home tab and choose Download prior to clicking Deactivate. This will download all data for sensors you've designated to record.
Your username and login will remain intact for future use should you change your mind. An UrsaLeo support representative can reactivate your account. If you would also like your username and login information removed, please file a support ticket and a member of our support staff will handle this request for you.
