We have noticed an issue with some of the UrsaLeo RPi DevKits where the microSD card becomes corrupted if the unit isn't properly shut down.
If your device gets into a state where it appears to be functioning normally, but device data isn't being refreshed in the cloud, connect your RPi to an external keyboard and monitor.
Once connected to the display and keyboard, press the button on the LED closest to the outer edge of the board. If the microSD card is fine, the device should recover upon boot.
If the device doesn't boot or displays kernel or file system errors, the microSD card has become corrupted and must be swapped out. If you have another microSD card, insert it into the devkit and follow instructions for flashing here. If you do not have another card handy, contact UrsaLeo support and we will ship a new one to you at no charge.
