Note: Although these notes relate to Gateway Software Platform (GSP) version 0.7.1 and later, most items also apply to previous Gateway Software versions unless otherwise stated.
1) Check that the deviceN dir in /boot has the correct files as shown below.
- Solution - Access your DevKit terminal and type ls /boot/deviceN at the command prompt or on a PC/Mac use the file manager.
- Note that the projectid file is optional but if present should contain ursaleo-services
- If the deviceN directory does not contain the correct files, create a debug log, and send to email@example.com as described in this FAQ - Creating a debug log
