Once an account is set up and the device is streaming data into your dashboard, you may add others to the engine to view this data. Simply go to the Users tab, click Add, and enter the email of the user you would like to invite. They will receive an invitation to join the program. To manage invited users, use the controls in the Users tab.
Payments and billing are presently turned off in the system. When we start charging for the product, you will receive an email to input billing information.
This is the initial beta release of our Cloud Platform
It is possible to register more than one user with the same email. To avoid this, please enter unique emails for each new or invited user.
There is a bug wherein an admin may remove themselves without another active admin present on the engine. To avoid this, please upgrade another user to admin before removing yourself as admin.
Password reset email link remains active after an initial password reset.
Error occurs after entering an invalid password combination to Reset password form. If you receive an error “There has been an error processing your request.”, ensure the password you have entered is correct.
When logging into multiple browsers, changes to profiles and user data may not propagate to all open sessions. It is recommended to maintain a single session and log out before beginning new sessions in other browsers.
A user may access a previously logged out session by hitting the browser’s back button.
